Cook up a royal biryani in the comfort of your own kitchen with Shahi Biryani Masala. It is made using the authentic spices, sourced locally. Drool over this masala that is made with the perfect combination of whole and powder spices sourced locally. Your biryani or pulav will be the centre piece at your dinner table and the aroma will make you finish every last bit on your plate. Easy Tasty Authentic Shahi Biryani :- Ingredients :- 500 Gram Rice With 1 kg Chicken 1 Bottle of Desire Shahi Biryani Masala 2 cups of curd 2 tablespoons garlic & ginger paste 2 cups sliced onions 3 green chillies Few sprigs of mint Some coriander leaves 5 tablespoons of cooking oil/ ghee Salt to taste Instructions :- Heat the ghee/oil in a kadhai and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook them till the oil starts leaving the edges. Now add the chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, yoghurt and Desire Shahi Biryani Masala. Roast the chicken for 15-20 mins & 1 cup of water and cook till the meat is tender. Cook till oil and gravy separate. In another pot, add Rice to 15 glasses of water with 3tbsp. of salt. Boil the rice till its 75% cooked & drain the rice thoroughly. Spread a layer of the chicken. Top it with fresh coriander and mint leaves. Spread a layer of rice over the chicken and repeat the process for 2 more layers. Cover the handi with a tight-fitting lid and cook on a low flame till the rice is fully cooked.
