- Instructions for use : Take 1 kg deseeded raw mangoes and cut them into desired shapes & pieces. Then mix 200 g Gopaljee Achar Masala properly. Now put them in a jar and add 300 g edible oil. After 2 weeks 1.5 kg delicious & spicy achar is ready to eat.
- Ingredients : (In Descending Order By Weight) Iodised Salt, Ground & Whole Fenugreek Seeds 16%, Lal Mirchi Powder 9%, Coarsely Ground Fennel 8%, Turmeric Powder, Coarsely Ground Mustard (Sarson), Coarsely Ground Mustard (Rai), Kalonji, Bandhani Hing Powder.
