  • Preparation Only GI tagged alphonso mangoes from the orchards of Ratnagiri region of Konkan Maharashtra are handpicked, naturally ripened, washed then used for canning. Pulp is extracted using a Pulp extractor and boiled at 90-95 degrees to make it safe for consumption and to improve its keeping quality.
  • Consistency - During the process pulp is stirred continuously to gain uniform thick consistency. Then the pulp is filled in sterile food grade tin containers. The production is done in small batches to ensure same texture, thickness, quality & taste.
  • Quality Assurance - The containers are further heated in boiling water for an hour to ensure there is no leakage, containers passing 100% quality parameters are only approved for consumption. This pulp is manufacture in exclusive fruit processing unit, it doesnt contain traces of dairy, peanuts, soy, wheat, eggs, fish or meat. Its 100% VEGAN.
  • Authenticity Only Non GMO alphonso mangoes are used during the canning process, there are No added preservatives, no artificial flavours, no essence, no artificial colours or thickeners or other additives.
  • Uses - Eat this divine pulp as a sweet dish or along with Puri / Chapati / Flat Bread. It is widely used by bakers & confectioners for making delicacies like Mango Cakes, Souffl, Mango Fudge, Mango Lassi, Mango Shrikhand, Ice-creams, smoothies, Juices & Milkshakes, Jams & Jellies.
