- DRY LEAF : Darjeeling second flush tea with medium-sized, evenly graded copper brown leaves with sweet notes of rich caramel and honey and deep warmth of crackling wood.
- INFUSION : Neat and even bright copper coloured leaves redolent of fresh cocoa beans with nutty nuances of almonds and a tingly citrus zest.
- LIQUOR : Luminous brick red with warm honey tones of stewing fruits and fragrantly fresh citrus rounds up into a robust but pleasant body with plummy flavours of pears and peaches and a Honey-like undertone of caramelized almonds followed by a brisk finish of citrus fruits.
- STEEPING INFO : Take 1 cup of water (180 ml). Heat it to 90-95C. Put 1 teaspoon (2.5g) of tea leaves in the water. Steep the leaves for 3-5 minutes.
