Zero-G Gluten-free Native-Millets - Gluten-free Mixed Millet Porridge Cooking Method- Sweet Preparations:Take cup of Zero-G Native Millets per person.Wash and Pre-soak Zero-G Native Millets for 1 hour.Saute millets little oil. [this step can be omitted for fat-free preparartion]Add 1 cupwater or milk for every cup of Zero-G Native Millets. Pressure cook for 4 to 5 minutes.Add sugar, honey or maple syrup to your taste.Garnish with chopped nuts and raisins.Cooking Method- Savouray Preparations:Take cup of Zero-G Native Millets per person.Wash and Pre-soak Zero-G Native Millets for 1 hour.Saute onions & garlic in little oil.Add some vegetables and pre-soaked millets.Add 1 cup water for every cup of Zero-G Native Millets. Add salt, pepper and other condiments.Pressure cook for 4 to 5 minutes.Garnish with fresh coriander, green chillies and ginger julienes.
